When she’s not mentoring CEOs or demystifying cash flow, Crystal is living her version of freedom: working with whom she wants, when she wants—going on weekly date days with The Hubs, watching Guardians of the Galaxy on repeat, and showing up fully for her “ducks” (children).

Recently diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson’s Disease, Crystal is navigating this new chapter with the same resilience that shaped her past, fully believing she’ll beat the odds once again.

A fun fact about Tanya is that she was given the gift of life, a kidney transplant. Waiting for a match, finding a match, and recovering from the transplant have given Tanya an appreciation for life and health.

In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty years and two boys, ages sixteen and twelve. She loves reading, volunteering with her church, and decorating cookies. Like Crystal and Dena, she lives on a lot of land, loves all her farm animals, and enjoys the slower pace of country living.

Dena brings structure, strategy, and heart to everything she touches. With a deep love for checklists and clean systems, she’s the kind of accountant every business owner dreams of having in their corner. She’s constantly leveling up her skills and staying sharp on the latest cash flow strategies for entrepreneurs, because your business deserves more than just balanced books (she is also amazing at keeping your books balanced)!

She is a mother of three and the wife of a rancher. With her degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational behavior, she loves understanding how business owners and their busy lives work, and then finding a way to support them.

As a full-time collegiate soccer player majoring in Sports Management, Matthew understands the power of consistency, strategy, and teamwork, both on the field and in business. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to beautiful beach destinations, fishing, and watching The Office.

Jackie brings a thoughtful, organized approach to her role as Office Manager, along with a strong background in administration, operations, and client support. With a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences and a focus in Interior Design, she blends structure with creativity, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting both the team and clients with care and intention.

She believes that a well-supported team is at the heart of any successful business. Known for her kindness and ability to meet people where they are, Jackie creates an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and set up to succeed. Whether she’s guiding clients through onboarding or assisting the team behind the scenes, she brings a calm, steady presence that helps everything flow seamlessly.
