As a 4-year-old in foster care (with a 20-word vocabulary) to a high school valedictorian, college graduate, and now a self-made multimillionaire, Crystal keeps pushing through statistics AND her self limiting beliefs.

Over the past 17 years, Crystal has launched 8 businesses (sold 3!), published two books, and created a budgeting method for the every day business owner. She’s coached thousands of entrepreneurs to achieve six-figure salaries, hire and pay their teams competitive wages, and survive the cash flow crunches.

As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®, trained in EOS® and GiANT® leadership, she combines real-world business experience with proven bookkeeping strategies to help entrepreneurs align their finances with their gut feelings.

When she’s not mentoring business owners, Crystal is living her own version of freedom: working when she wants with whom she wants, date days with The Hubs, Guardians of the Galaxy marathons, and showing up for her “ducks” (children).

Tanya brings over eleven years of accounting experience to the My CFO team. She understands the importance of accurate and timely bookkeeping and works hard to ensure that your needs are being met.

A fun fact about Tanya is that she was given the gift of life, a kidney transplant. Waiting for a match, finding a match, and recovering from the transplant has given Tanya an appreciation for life and health.

In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband of twenty years and two boys, ages sixteen and twelve. She loves reading, volunteering with her church, and decorating cookies. Like Crystal and Dena, she lives on a lot of land, loves all her farm animals, and enjoys the slower pace of country living.

Dena loves checklists and order, which make her a powerhouse when it comes to bookkeeping. She is constantly leveling up her knowledge and staying up to date on best bookkeeping practices.

Dena is a mother of three and the wife of a rancher. With her degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational behavior, she loves understanding how business owners and their busy lives work, and then finding a way to support them.

In her free time, Dena loves to bake delicious meals for her family, watch Hallmark movies, and take care of her many farm animals.
